Built to be the partner we could not find ourselves.
Moving goods internationally and building a market are two different jobs. Almost nobody does both under one roof, which is the reason this company exists.
Origin
From trading floor to a group of companies
KOTA Holding grew out of hands-on trade — buying, shipping, clearing and selling goods across the Gulf and Asia, with all the friction that involves.
The recurring lesson was always the same: freight was never the hard part. The hard part was registration, paperwork, and finding a local partner who would actually perform. KOTA TRADING was set up to own that hard part — to represent brands in markets where they have no presence and run the commercial cycle around each consignment.
KOTA WORLDLINK was built in parallel to own the physical side: freight by air, sea and land. Two companies, one group, one continuous chain from the supplier’s door to the final customer.
Two operating companies, deliberately separated

The rules we use to decide which business we decline
These are not aspirations on a wall. They are the criteria we apply before taking on a mandate.
- Trust before volume
- We take on a brand only when we are convinced we can represent it properly. A partnership that damages a brand's reputation is worth nothing to either side.
- One file, one owner
- Every consignment and every market entry has a named responsible person on our side. No handovers between departments, no lost information.
- Compliance is not optional
- Correct classification, correct paperwork, correct duties. Shortcuts at customs are the most expensive savings in international trade.
- Local knowledge, one standard
- Our desks in the target markets know the local reality, while process, reporting and documentation follow a single consistent standard.

Let's see whether we fit.
A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether there is a real opportunity. If there is not, we will say so.
